Hello, I am Douglas Benoit and I ensure our clients are fitted with proper lenses and frames. I work with suppliers of first quality materials, both for frames and lenses. Discontinued frame lines which cannot be properly warrantied or serviced are not used. All frame products are personally reviewed with regard to quality, warranty and servicability before being included in my frame collection. The most up-to-date lens designs are emphasized and I have access to any and all lens products to suit the individual patient's needs. There are numerous special coatings which can also be applied to help reduce eye strain. Be sure to ask me about them.

All patient services are provided by licensed dispensing opticians. No delegation to unqualified staff members. In most cases patients will be dealing with the proprietor of the business himself.
